Good stuff, came quick

I grabbed a Bamboo Toothbrush and some Replacement Razor Blades a bit ago. They shipped it out fast and everything arrived in good shape. Using them now, no complaints really. It was a smooth order.

Overall good, but delivery was slow

I bought a couple of Shampoo Bars and a Bamboo Soap Dish from Me Mother Earth. The website was easy to navigate, and finding what I needed was simple enough. The products themselves are really great; the shampoo bar lathers well and leaves my hair feeling clean without any weird residue, and the bamboo dish looks nice on my counter. My only minor gripe was the shipping time. It took closer to 10 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long compared to some other online stores I use. It wasn't a huge deal since I wasn't in a rush, but it's something to keep in mind if you need things quickly. Packaging was all plastic-free, which aligns with their brand and was a definite positive. Good value for money.

Solid experience, good products

I ordered a few items recently, including the Solid Dish Soap Bar, a Sisal Soap Saver Bag, and the Biodegradable Kitchen Sponges. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I had no issues adding everything to my cart. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Ohio, which felt reasonable for standard shipping. Everything arrived well-packaged in paper, which I appreciated since it's an eco-friendly brand. The dish soap bar lathers nicely and cleans well, and the sponges are holding up better than I expected. Customer support wasn't needed, so I can't speak to that, but overall it was a positive experience. The product quality seems good for the price point. Happy with my purchase.

Worth it for the price

This was my first time buying from here, and I was looking for some plastic-free kitchen stuff. I ended up getting the Kitchen Cleaning Bundle because it looked like the best deal. It included the Bamboo Dish Brush, Solid Dish Soap Bar, and Natural Loofah Sponges. The bundle price was definitely better than buying each item separately, which was a big plus for me. I also got the newsletter signup discount, so that helped save a bit more. Shipping was free because my order was over the threshold, which is always nice. Everything came well-packed and seems like good quality. For what I paid, it felt like a really good value and I'm happy I went with the bundle.

Hey guys, thinking about getting some of their stuff, specifically the solid dish soap and maybe a brush. How long does shipping usually take to, say, Seattle?

J Jacob Parker 3 weeks ago
I'm in Portland, and my last order got to me in about 4-5 days. Came in a nice cardboard box, no plastic junk.

Mine took a week to get to California, but that was during a holiday sale so might have been slower. Standard shipping was pretty quick otherwise.

Does anyone know if you can combine discount codes? Like if I have a newsletter signup code, can I also use a free shipping one?

B Brian Phillips 2 weeks ago
Nah, just one code per order. Free shipping usually applies automatically though once you hit the minimum.

Yeah, I tried once. Didn't work. The system only lets you put one code in. Free shipping gets added on its own if your cart is big enough.

I'm looking to buy some beeswax wraps and maybe a shampoo bar, but I'm worried about returns if they don't work out. Is their return policy pretty chill?

S Steven K. 3 days ago
Yeah, returns were easy, did it last month for a travel mug that wasn't quite right. Just fill out their form on the site and they get back to you.

Pretty straightforward. As long as it's within the timeframe and unused, you should be fine. I had to send back a soap dish once because I ordered the wrong size.

Thinking about making the switch to more zero-waste stuff. How does Me Mother Earth compare to Package Free Shop? Is one better for a beginner?

L Linda Phillips 1 week ago
I've bought from both! Me Mother Earth feels a bit more curated and focused on kitchen/bath basics. Package Free has a wider variety, but sometimes that can be overwhelming.

MME is great for getting started, I think. Their starter kits are really good value. Package Free has more obscure stuff if you're really deep into zero waste already.
